What this is

A test project: a free, anonymous machine translator, run to develop it and to find out where it fails. Not a product, not commercial, and not finished.

It is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Machine translation makes mistakes, and this one is still being worked on — have anything that matters checked by a person. Expect it to be wrong sometimes, to be unavailable without warning, to change under you, and to have its data cleared.

Fair use

Requests are rate limited per browser and per address. Automating the service, circumventing those limits, or using it to process material you have no right to process is not permitted.

What not to paste

Do not submit confidential material, special categories of personal data, or anything you are contractually obliged to keep private. Submitted text is stored, and it is stored precisely so that a bad translation can be looked at afterwards — see the privacy notice for how long and why. Treat this as somewhere your text is kept and read, not somewhere it passes through.
